Rules tab

The Rules tab lets you define phrases that are used by you or by the client when replying to you.

What you can say

  • When you want to end the dialog in loop mode:

    Phrases to stop the dialogue in loop mode.
    This option must be enabled in the Dialog tab.

  • When you want to stop the dialog after a false positive:

    Phrases to stop the dialogue after a false positive.

What the client says

  • When listening is triggered by the keyword:

    What the client responds to when you trigger the dialog with the keyword alone (without a rule).

  • When the client asks you for another rule:

    The client asks for another rule in loop mode.
    This option must be enabled in the Dialog tab.

  • When the client asks you to repeat an askme:

    What the client can say to ask you to repeat your answer if he hasn't understood it during a question/answer dialogue (askme).

  • When You have ended the dialogue in loop mode:

    What the client can say to answer you when you end a dialog in loop mode This option must be enabled in the Dialog tab.

  • When You have stopped the dialogue after a false positive:

    What the client says to you if the dialog was triggered by mistake after a false positive and you said one of the sentences in the When you want to stop the dialog after a false positive field.
